MAPI32.dll Issue Outlook 2003

I have a PC with Vista Ultimate 64 bit and installed Office 2003 Business.
After rebooting I get message MAPI32.dll is corrupt, reinstall or correct. I
have both reinstalled Office and also tried repairing. Both fail, file is
still corrupt. Any way to fix this.
