MAPISP32 Caused an Invalid Page Fault in Module MINET32.DLL

When I download messages in Outlook, I receive the message "MAPISP32 Caused
an Invalid Page Fault in Module MINET32.DLL".
I have tried the fix detailed in Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 266340,
but I still have the problem.
