Mapping custom fields to an access database

Hello,
Very fustrated!!!! can anyone tell me how to map custom fields in a outlook
form that sits in a testing folder under personal folders in outlook, to an
access database. Please keep it simple, as I am a beginner.

There are no simple instructions for this. While articles have been written on how to expand the linked table method of showing Outlook data in Access to include additional fields, I've never been able to duplicate the results. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/database.htm#linkedtables .
