Mapping distances with postal codes in an excel spreadsheet

I am doing a project involving a large database of postal codes and
calculating the distances of each postal code to at least two other
other postal codes.

Is there anyway I can use this excel spread sheet and get Google Maps
or Yellow Pages or Yahoo to do the calculatings? Rather than me
looking them up one at a time.
