Mapping Sharepoint sites

I am attempting to create a Web Site Map from a Windows SharePoint 2.0 site
collection using Visio 2003 Pro and after the process begins it just gets
stuck. I am trying to do something that is not supported? Is there a better
way to make a map showing the hierarchy of a sharepoint site collection and
its major document libraries and lists?
