MapPoint help needed please

Hi, I'm working on a presentation state by state for work.

Can you please tell me :

1) How do I hide map labels on the map. I want labels in the legend and the
correct color selection, but I don't want text labels actually on the map
itself. Can I hide these labels?

2) Can I change the orientation of a state so I can get a bigger view of it
on a printed page? For example can I turn California so I see most of
California without the ocean and Nevada, for example? Or New Hampshire, so I
can see a larger view of it alone with less of Vermont and Maine in the
picture?

3) Can I change territories with no data from the grey default color to
stark or a light yellow so these dead areas will stand out more?

Please let me know. I know this is Visio help, but I need MapPoint help and
couldn't find it on line.
