margin changes

When I copy a picture, chart, etc. into Microsoft Office
XP Word, my left margin automatically increases to 2.67
inches and I can not change it. If I try to drag the
image to the left, it is just cut off when I print. This
occurs when I have changed the orientation to landscape
and format for 2 or more columns. HELP!!!!!!

Are you printing to an HP printer? There is a known conflict between Word
2002 and the HP drivers for certain LaserJets. One workaround is to use the
Windows driver instead, but you lose some features this way. The "margin
fix" drivers at http://www.hp.com/pond/ljbeta/index.html reportedly solve
the problem.
