Margin problem when printing

Ever since we bought a new computer and upgraded to Word 2003, I am having
annoying problems with printing. Every so often when I try to print a
document or an envelope an error box pops up "Margins of section 1 are
outside the printable area of the page". I can find no way around this
other than exiting the program and then re-entering, or in some cases,
rebooting the computer. I am getting rather frustrated - can anyone help?

I get this quite often with Word 2002, even though it looks fine in
'Print Preview'. Always prints OK though.

I've tried just printing anyway, sometimes its OK and sometimes the margins
are way off - the programme seems to want to default to a margin of
2.something - but not always!! That's the frustration.

If the bottom margin changes to 2.67 inches when you click on AutoFix,
then this is a problem in the printer driver for some Hewlett Packard
LaserJet printers. Some users report that installing one of the beta
drivers for their particular printer model from
http://www.hp.com/pond/ljbeta/ fixes the problem.
