Margin toolbar

WORD '97 and 2000 had a margin toolbar that was fixed. 2003 drops down when you put your cursor in the "old margin toolbar" area. Can that be set so that it is fixed in place?

Actually, you could see this behavior in Word 97 and Word 2000 as well. To
keep the ruler displayed all the time, check Ruler on the View menu. What
causes the auto hiding is having Ruler *not* checked and "Provide feedback
with animation" checked on the General tab of Tools | Options.
