margins change when I email a file

I have created a form using Word 2008.
When I email the form, the margins change when opened on other computers, so the formatting appears sloppy.
Is there anyway to set locked margins on a Word form, so it will open up looking clean and tidy and finished, ie. with the same margins as I have set on my computer?
