Margins do not fit page size

Using the "page view" option, when I drag page breaks to
fit print area to one page, I receive the error
message "Margins do not fit page size".

Also when I use the Page Setup menu, and set to print to 1
page wide and 1 page tall. The resulting "page view"
screen shows page breaks at every column.

Any advice?
