Margins in Word

Has anyone encountered the problem of margins not being as set in Word? This is making it almost impossible for me to print labels. I have used different printers with the same results, so the problem must lie within Word itself. For the experts out there, this problem started when I relocated from the USA to Britain. Yes, I do understand the difference between A4 and Letter size paper and I am using the correct reference number for the labels. I have tried formatting my own custom labels, but still it does not work properly.

Which margins? Do you have anything in the header/footer of your normal.dot
template - even just an empty paragraph mark?

Just guessing here:
Take a look under TOOLS / OPTIONS / PRINT and see if you have checked the
option for A4 resizing. This might possibly be the source of your problems.
