Margins of OneNote page and its XPS file

Hi All,

I printed a page from OneNote on a letter size paper. I checked the print
margins before printing: top 0.5", bottom 0.5", left 1" and right 1".
However, I measured the printed paper, the margin values do not match. For
example, the left margin is about 0.8".
I am working on a project which requires the accurate margin values.
Anybody knows what those values are?

Also, I used OneNote API to publish a OneNote page to an XPS file. Does the
XPS file has different margins values?
