Margins outside the printable area

I have a document that keeps giving me the
error "margins... are outside the printable area." When I
choose fix it puts a margin of 2.67'', which I don't
want. The document consists of text inserted into
tables. I have also selected the option to break rows
across pages. I have tried to clear out any erroneous
charaters and resize the table rows but it keeps these
margins. Does anyone have any ideas?

99% its the printer driver needs updating or change the default
printer for windows and restart Word.
