Margins set for page size 3.75"x6.75" for contacts are changed

I have filofax paper size 3 3/4" x 6 3/4 for my Day Runner Running Mate.
When I set the bottom and right margins at 0.5" to print Outlook contacts the
program reverts to 4 1/4" for the bottom and 4 3/4" for the right. This
results in no names being printed. Any solutions?
