Margins

I was wondering if the blue margin guides have anything to do with the
margins that are printing up on my booklet, and if so, how to turn them off
from being printed.

Nope, nothing at all. They're there for you to use however you see fit.

That's a limitation of your printer. Look for a "full bleed",
"borderless", or "expanded margins" option in your printer driver. This
is not controlled by Publisher.

Thank you for your comments. However I am not sure how to look into my
driver for the things you mentioned.
I did go under print>advanced print settings>page settings. Here I am able
to select or deselect printers marks or bleeds, but when I deselect them, I
still get the border printing out on my booklet.

Do you have a borderless printer? The settings will be in the printer setup.
Some folks have said if they select borderless photo paper the printer will
print borderless. I don't know if this works with a booklet.

I don't think I do, it is an HP c3916A. I don't see an option for borderless
photo paper.

That's still within Publisher

Your printer driver settings are accessed through Print Setup >
Properties or Print > Properties.

I thought he was asking how to keep the blue margin guides from being
printed. They don't print - they're just for your use to set up your page.
