How to change margins on a long document that has many
different margins already. I want to make the margins the
same. I have used the directions but it stays the same.
Also if you want to insert a file and have it change to
the margins selected for the original document?

When you change the margins in Page Setup, make sure you have "Whole
document" selected under "Apply to." Also keep in mind that some of the
paragraphs may have indents.
