mark a meeting complete

Hi,

How do i mark a meeting as complete. Was defined using calendar. Otherwise I
keep on getting reminders. It should also remain on records to indicate that
mtg was complete

When the reminder dialog comes up do you dismiss the reminder or just delay
it?
