Mark all tentative items to busy

I recently transferred all data from a Palm TX into Outlook. Everything was
transferred into Outlook as tentative calendar items. Is there a way of
marking all calendar items busy?

Use a list view of the Calendar, group the items by the Show Time As field,
drag the tentative items to the Busy group. That should change all of them

Thanks for advisement but that didn't work. Tried to use excel but couldn't
even find field so just marked up July and August and going forward for now.
Would definately be helpful though to have more info if anyone knows
anything. Info seems hard to come by for sure related to this matter.

Hmmm, if you group a list view by Show Time As, what shows? Do you get
multiple grouping of appointments? Curious since I tried my advice here and
it seemed to work dandy. Wondering if I might have missed a step in
explaining it.

It's been a bit confusing since the first set of directions so let me tell
you what I have done as you told me to go into calendar fields and sort as
"show time as".

Tool - Find - Advanced Find - Look for pull down menu "appts and mtgs" -
clicked on advanced tab - clicked on fields - all appt fields and then
clicked "show time as" - condition "equals" and then value "tentative" - then
find now and ends up showing a ton of items, many being b'days, etc, etc.
Highlighted lot of them, right mouse clicked and was not able to mark as busy.

Very confusing - any thoughts?
