For some reason when I am using either email, excel or word, sometimes when I
try to type the ? mark it comes up with the letter E with a line above it. I
can't get it to type the ? mark. If this is supposed to be a french key, I
don't need to use it. Please help. Thanks

Since you did not mention your version of Office, the most I can help is:
Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Character Map.

Get the mark from there and paste. Yes, I know it's tedious, but that's the
most I can help you right now.

My version of Office is 2007. That's is too tedious and there must be some
other way to change it back to be an english keyboard. It doesn't happen on
all emails, word or excel, just once in a while and I'm thinking I must be
pressing some button accidently to change it to this.

keyboard options are part of the operating system, see

Control Panel, Regional and Language Options, Languages, Details.
