Once you know where the changes are, you can add notes over the top of the
printout. The best way to do this is to make sure the printouts are on the
background of the page and make your annotations on top of that.
As for making actual changes to the text in the printout: No, you can't do
that. You would need to use copy/paste to add the content for that to work.
