Mark e-mail for deletion on server

how can I mark an e-mail in my inbox to be deleted from the server without
deleting that e-mail from my inbox?

I will often keep a number of e-mails on the server for various reasons, but
a lot of it I want to be deleted. How can I mark an e-mail from within
Outlook to be deleted from the server that next time that retrieves mail?
