Mark My Comments

I'm on Outlook 2003, Exchange 2003 Server. I use Word as my email editor.

How do I change the Mark my Comments Font?

I know how to change the font on replies & forwards, however, the font for
Mark My Comments stays the same. I would like to make the comments to be in
red italics. Is there some registry hack I can toss in there? I know where
the settings are in regedit. I am having a lot of pressure put on me as to
how to do this & this is the only place I think I can get an answer.
