Mark select records in a table

A

access user

Hi

Is there a way i can mark records in a access 2000
tables. i have a client table where i need to mark select
records so i know that i have completed them. one way i
can do it is to make a new column and put a check box in
it but i was wondering if it is possible to mark the
records with color or some other visual style.
thanks

I dont think you can mark records

I would go with the new column method but i would use a date field rather
than a check box
have the default as a null and enter the date when the record is finished
with
I found a long time ago, if you use a check box you always find later on
someone whats so know when it was completed
