Mark the days you got to work.

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to Outlook (2002/XP).
At my work my work days are irregular, every month I receive a plan
the days I got to work on that particular month.
I tried to enter the days I work one by one as appointments with the
time period. It's kind of cumbersome. Is there a way to enter
different days in a month in short steps?

I just need a way to paint the days that I got to work in different
color on Outlook calendar.

Any help will be appreciated.
