Marked as junk despite saying not to.

Hi,

A friend keeps getting mails with certain senders classified as junk and
ending up in junk mail box. He is trying to click this link "classify
the sender as not junk e-mail" and adding the sender to the address
book, but it doesn't help.

That's all info I have. No version number, etc.

What can I tell him to do?

Thanks
Jonny

He probably has a rule or Mailing List Manager (MLM) rule that is moving his
messages to junk.

The most likely culprit is the Mailing List Manager (MLM). It's very easy to
set up a MLM rule by accident, when you are marking a message as 'not junk'.
The wording of that dialog is ambiguous to say the least. Check if there is
an MLM entry (look for MLM entries under the tools menu) with the local
Inbox as the target folder. Mailing List Manager rules run before your other
rules.
