Marking comments in e-mail

In Outlook 2003 and 2000, can one automatically change the color of the
comment? The comment I am referring to is one that inserts your name in an
e-mail message (under Tools, Options, Preferences, E-mail Options, & Mark my
Comments with checkbox). The comments are always in blue. Can one
automatically change the color beforehand without having to highlight &
change the color manually?

The font settings that are being used are the same as your Reply/Forward
font settings.
