Marking multiple downloaded email headers in the Inbox to process

Between work and home, I manage 5 email accounts via Outlook 2003 (XP Home
SP2), 4 as POP3, 1 with Outlook Connector. One of the POP3 accounts gets so
much junk, I've gone to downloading just the headers, marking the ones I
want, "deleting" the ones I don't, and then processing them all (for that
account).

Right-clicking each header (prior to processing) to mark it for download or
deletion is just so tedious. I have to touch each one. Is there a quicker
way?

I would love to select multiple email headers (via Shift or Cntrl) and do
the marking for those highlighted in one step.
