I am getting problems with Entourage persistently marking some messages as
junkmail and transfering them to the Junkmail folder every time it runs
"Send & Receive". I have tried clicking on "this is not junkmail" and the
person is in my address book, but it keeps doing it with some messages,
seemingly random. I recently received an email with a flight confirmation
from easyjet which was received in my inbox without any problems, however, a
subsequent email from easyjet keeps being marked as junk. Can anyone tell
me why this keeps happening?
