Markup Costs

Hello
I am setting up a business and working with an excel worksheet. I am new to figuring most of this out, but got the basics down (I think). In my worksheet I have manufacturers selling price and then my cost. I need to see how much of a mark up there is from the manufacturers selling price to our cost (what I pay for the product). Example: Cost of an item from a retailer is: $229.99; my cost is: $169.99. What like to know the percentage markup. Thanks for your help
