Mass E-Mail with each recipient in To Box

Hello,

I have a list of contacts (about 250 or so) in Excel (but can easily b
converted to other formats) that I need to regularly send out e-mails.
The problem is that I want to have each recipient see their name in th
To box. I would prefer not to use the method of sending it to mysel
and then BCCing all the recipients. This aforementioned method als
causes problems with my ISP because they think I am spamming, when I a
really sending out information to my clients. I have come acros
add-ins like "Send Personally
(http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/send_personally/) and "Sen
Individually
(http://www.sperrysoftware.com/Outlook/Send-Individually.asp) whic
would seem to accomplish what I want, but was hoping there was a fre
way to accomplish this. Has anyone come across a way to automat
sending out the same e-mail to a list of addresses and have th
recipient only see themselves in the To box? Any help would be greatl
appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Paul Butk

Hi Guys,

Thanks for the replies. I forgot to mention that I intend to send ou
the mass e-mail with a PDF attachment that is usually less than 1MB.
did extensive research on the mail merge function and found that i
cannot send e-mail attachments. Other than the attachment issue,
would agree that mail merge is a solution to my first posed question.
Does anybody have any advice on how to do this with an attachment?

Thanks,
Pau
