Mass E-Mails

Using Outlook 2003, is there a way to send mass e-mails that only show 1
recipient? I don't like using the bcc field since is shows mail to
undisclosed recipients and could wind up in the junk folder. I just want the
To line to show John Doe. Thx for any help I can get!

Thanks, Diane, but when I use Mail Merge thed isplay name as well as the
e-mail address [John Doe ([email protected])] displays on the recipient's e-mail.
I just want John Doe. Actually, I'm fine with what I get, it's my boss that
just wants the name to show when John Doe opens his e-mail. Christian
responded that he uses Polite Mail, but we can't spring for new software.
Any other suggestions? Thx,

you mean in the To field of the message? that is partly controlled by what
is in the display name field of contacts but also a function of the
recipients email client, which you have no control over. It's not something
I would waste valuable time worrying about.
