Mass Email from Outlook 2003/Exchange 2003

Any easy solutions for sending mass emails (200-300 addresses) to
individual users using built in Outlook or Exchange functionality? If not,
any recommendations for a 3rd party solution?

First thought that crosses my mind is a merge to email in Word.

Thanks! This will probably work. However, how can I choose a Public Folder
that contains contacts instead of just the Contacts in my own mailbox as
receipiants??

Start the merge from that contacts folder, using its Tools | Mail Merge command.
