We are a school district office, we would like to send an email to some
students' parents.
We use exchange server and outlook client.
I've already generated an excel sheet including students info and
parent email addresses.
My question is how can I send mass email to this parents, using MS
word, or directly outlook, and what's the difference by using the two?
If using Outlook, do I need to use the distribution list? When creating
the distribution list, do I have to add the emails one by one? or is
there any way to import a list?
If mass email in word, will all the email addresses shown at the To
field, which I don't like .
