Mass Mailings Blocked in BCM

I recently (late June) set up to do a mass mailing using mail merge in Word
to about 1200 contacts. I wanted to send individual emails to each name on my
BCM Business Contacts list. I had done this successfully previously but this
past June I received the following error message:

"552 5.3.4 Requested action aborted; number of recipients or message quota
reached"

Can anyone tell me how to get around this problem.
I am also puzzled that I have the problem now and not before.
Thanks.

Thanks for your post Luther,
My first call was to my internet service provider but they said it wasn't
anything in their system. I'll call again and see if I get a different answer
with a different tech support person.
I just checked some of the refused messages and noticed that typically there
is a 30 minute delay between the message being sent and the reciept of the
error message below from "System Administrator". Does the length of the delay
indicate anything?
Thanks again.

It's your mail provider. BCM just hands over the contacts to the mail merge
wizard and then Outlook sends them out via e-mail. If you're getting NDRs
with the words "message quota reached" then you've reached the limit of your
e-mail account with your mail provider. Contact them and see if they have
packages with larger quotas...

Regards,

Bob

Thanks for you input Bob, I'll have another go at my provider. Something must
have changed at their end since this worked previoulsy.
