mass storage function update

I just need to find out how to go to www.microsoft.com and
obtain an "update" for "mass storage function support." I
am attempting to download software for a digital camera
and need mass storage as my "G:" (G drive).
If anyone has any idea on how to obtain this particuar
update for mass storage functions, please email me ASAP at
(e-mail address removed)

It's called Windows Update, cunningly hidden on the start menu.

May also be called Office Update - another hidden item, 'though I suppose it
could be called 'now you see me now you dont'
