Mass update to Resource Allocation

I have a plan with thousands of task items and about 20 resources. I have
already started tracking the plan. We are about 230% through, and Mgmt
decided to reduce the allocation of some of the resources to 80% allocation.
Is there an easy way to update the allocation for the remaining task items
for some of the resources? I don't want to change the calendar working hours
because they still work 8 hours a day, just mot 100% to the task in the plan.
Any ideas?

Hi,

Select the remaining tasks
Click the resource allocation button
Select the resource you want to change
Click replace
Select the same resoruce but add 80%
