massive Excel problems aufter upgrade to 10.4.4

Excel goes into an endless loop when trying to open a new document. It
can open documents, but also goes into endless loop (no reaction) after
selecting a cell and trying to copy its contents (cmd + c).

I already cleaned all system caches, does anyone have an idea?

I have excel 11.2

sorry, solved, it was due to a printer which had disappeared from the
network
