Master Page info not converting to pdf

I have created a document with just 1 Master page. When I convert it to pdf
using Adobe the final file does not show my Master Page information. When it
is converting the Master page box opens on the left and it says ignore. I
have tried everything suggested..Any idea's would help.

What version Publisher are you using? I just now created a PDF with Adobe and
the Microsoft add-in. Both printed the Master Page.
Look at the View menu, is Ignore Master Page checked?
If you are using 2007 try the Microsoft save as a PDF add-in; see if it helps.
