Master Project and Subprojects

I tried to delete a subproject from the master project by
going to "task information....advanced tab....remove check
mark from link project". It does not work. I tried
highlighting the subproject and hitting the delete key and
it does not work either. I am using Project 2003.

Hi George,
Both methods you describe should work just fine. I
assume when you note each method you are working with the
Project summary task of the inserted project.
I have searched about in the Knowledge base and cannot
find any specific documentation concerning your issue.

I am running Project 2003 Professional with SP1 and can
delete subprojects as you suggest.

Have you installed SP1?
