Microsoft Office Project 2007 Inside Out, Ch.14 lists a 6 step process for
breaking a large project into subprojects where at step 1 you create a new
project file for each new subproject you want to insert.
The book describes this as being 'trickier', which leads me to believe if
you do not follow these steps the Master project or subprojects will not
function correctly.
Question: Is it an improper techinque to copy the master file and rename it
to the subprojects or do you have to follow the 6 step create new project
file approach?
Also, would this cause import errors on the master project file "import
error occurred, check row 2 column -1"
