master project ev figures different

MSP 2003 standalone. Have a master with 4 inserted (and linked) plans. All
(master and sub plans) have been baselined, all have same project status
date. The EV figures for the program summary of each sub plan (first line in
the master) are different than the project summary lines for each sub plan.
How is this possible?

From where does the project subplan summary lines in the master get its
figures?

I find the best way to avoid this error is to make certain you baseline the
master and subprojects all on the same day... We do it one subproject at a
time, then the master.

My personal experience was that I rebaselined a subproject and forgot to do
the master. This produced the behavior you describe.
