Master trouble

Hi

When I want to create a master slide from scratch, how can I insert these
fields (multiple title fields, text fields,...) which are editable on normal
slides?
When I insert a textbox, with a font, color,... it is seen as a background
in my slides and I can't change anything.

Unfortunately you cannot add placeholders to slides or masters.

hmmm, what is a solution then to put eventualy a navigation bar on the left
side and text placeholders on the right?
