Mastering Microsoft Access Programming CD 1996

I have a new PC running Win XP Professional and Office 2003. The PC has 2gb
memory. I can't run the CD. I get the following message: Runtime error
'2004' Out of Memory. The CD will run on my work PC with Win XP Professional
and Office XP. The Microsoft Knowledgebase was no help. Any clues. Is it
something to do with Office 2003?

It has to do with Access97, the Office version that existed in 1996.
