I have a custom visio app which uses large number of custom stencils.
Occasionally the Masters won't go to the next line of the stencil if
they run out of room, essentially 'running off the edge' of the
stencil. This causes them to vanish and obvious users can't place them
on sheets. Resizing the stencil will often cause the shape to
re-appear. The puzzling thing is that it does not occur on ever system
we run our application on. I haven't been able to isolate the
difference between machines on which it occurs and those it does not.
The issue seems to be version independent, as it has been seen in both
visio 2003 and 2002. If anyone has seen or heard of an issue like this
ocurring or has any suggestions on where to look, I would appreciate
any help. Thank you!
