Match and lookup data

Hello

I would like to look up data in another sheet of the same workbook onl
when it matches data selected in a dropdown(s).

Attached is a spreadsheet which better explains my predicament


I tried the various lookup and match functions and even tried combinin
them but my not so superior knowledge of Excel limits me.

Please help guys

You need more explanation as to what you wan t and where, it's asking too
much to second-guess all that lot.

Here goes;

The result I'm trying to achieve is between Cells H8 to J11 on sheet
of the attached workbook .

When a selection in Cell H3 for the month
and in Cell H5 for the manager name is made

Then;

the results should look the way they do in H8 to J11

Please note that although the names appear more than once in the lis
in Sheet 1, they only appear once on the table in Sheet 2.
This is the main reason I'm having difficulty with the formula.


(It's sort of a quick reference for the manager as to his staff an
their appearance that month)
