MATCH returns #N/A when lookup_value is a formula returning a deci

Copy and paste the following table to cell A1.
Can anyone explain and/or correct the #N/A error returned by the formula in
C1?

1.1 0.1 =MATCH(A1+B1,A2:A$7,0)+ROW()
1.5 0.1 =MATCH(A2+B2,A3:A$7,0)+ROW()
1.2 0.1 =MATCH(A3+B3,A4:A$7,0)+ROW()
1.6
1.4
1.3
