Your question is a bit unclear.

In column H you are populating values from the next
(following) row. Thus H1 gets values from valid columns
in row 2; H2 gets values from valid columns in row 3; and
then suddenly H3 gets values from row 1.

How is your data organized? Is it only 3 rows; and you
will every now and then change values in column A to find
results in column H? Or is your data several rows long
(many more rows than 3 rows) and you made a typing mistake
in your question?
