Matching Windows PPT Themes

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

I have a client who uses an old version of Windows Powerpoint, and need to create new slides to match his existing theme (not available on the Mac) called "Stream".

Is there a place where I can download common themes so they will match? i cannot find any information on this anywhere.

Thanks.

Hi,

Without seeing a slide from the template I did a Google search. I found
a company called digi that has a stream template:
http://www.poweredtemplates.com/03656/0/index.html

There's nothing inherently different when opening a PowerPont template
opened on a Mac or a PC. Presumably it is a file with a .pot file extension.

Sometimes unthinking Windows users package their themes with incorrect
file extensions (.exe being the worst offender), or they force you to
use a useless installer that works only on Windows. The template itself
should work fine, however, once you get a copy of it.

Hi Jim -

I was just able to check in PPT 2003 & confirmed that you're correct;

"Stream" is in fact a Design Template (.pot) supplied in that version.

Hi,

Then all our friend has to do is have someone give him a copy of the
template and he will be good as gold.
