I am trying to figure out how to set-up costs for users for example.
A consultant is billing a task by the hour, while performing this task, he
incurs a charge for parking his car of $18. How/where can this user enter
this piece of info into his timesheet? And how does the project manager
"approve" this charge?
Does a task need to be set-up ahead of time called, say PARKING, and the
user can enter units against that (but then how can he specify the $18)?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
